Galgorm Collection has a number of trained Mental Health First Aiders across our management teams in each department in each of our properties. They are there to listen to you and trained to give you directions to those who can help.
We are proud to offer our employees two private health care services, through Vitality and Duality GP services. With these, we encourage our employees to get any concerns checked over as soon as possible, and these services ensure that they can do that. Our private health care service also offers Team Members the opportunity to add household members to their package at a small fee.
We offer annual Health Checks to our employees as part of the private medical insurance. Each year, we have clinicians come to our hotels to offer employees an individual meeting and health check, with solutions and services to help.
